At Newick Preschool we are committed to ensuring that we provide a fully inclusive setting which adapts to meet the needs of all children. As such all staff are required to meet the standards set out in our Commitment to Inclusion vision. Part of this involves all members of our staff embedding the use of Total Communication strategies in our provision for all children; this empowers all children to be able to communicate with both adults and children more effectively.
